I’ve worked with a number of theatre companies, shows, performers, arts and event organisations as a producer, fundraiser, and arts development consultant. I offer consultancy from one to one work with individual artists and creators, through to strategic organisational development for larger arts organisations.
Production Management & Site Management
I can assist you with your production planning and logistics, on-site production and technical management needs from budget management and logistics through to staff management, licensing and contractor liaison. I will ensure your event is produced safely and to the highest standard.
Health & Safety
I offer consultancy services in order to assist you with health and safety planning. I will work with you to ensure I have a thorough understanding of your show, festival or event; activities, equipment and processes. I can produce operations plans, risk assessments and method statements for your project. I hold both IOSH and CIEH certificates for Health and Safety.
Funding & Sponsorship
I have years of experience fundraising through bid writing, grants, and sponsorship. I offer consultancy services to assist you with building funding plans, writing bid applications, producing pitches, proposals and sponsorship packs.
Performance, Casting & Entertainment Booking
Through years of producing and programming diverse shows, festivals and events, I have a great network of performers, actors and entertainers whom I can call on. I can find you anything from circus acts and bearded ladies, to big bands and opera singers.
Venue & Materials Sourcing
I have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to finding the perfect and unique venue and have worked with many fantastic furniture and prop companies. This means I am able to source you great décor and venues spaces and rehearsal spaces.
Guest Lecturing, Talks & Training
I work as a sessional and guest lecturer on events, arts and entertainment courses. I have provided career talks for colleges and technical courses as well as providing bespoke training for events. I can offer specific tailored lectures, talks and training programmes for each client I work with.
